Delivery times are estimates only. Once collected by the courier, items become the responsibility of the customer. Journey and Co is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or any incorrect shipping details supplied to us, although we will provide any information needed to locate the package.
Shipping Time Frames
All orders/purchases made online from Tuesday - Friday will be shipping on the day or following business day. All orders placed from Saturday-Monday will be packaged and sent on Tuesday business days.
There could be a delay if a public holiday falls on these days.
The other possible delay could be if an item isn't currently in stock (for an array of reasons), in this Journey and Co will communication this to the purchaser asap with a resolution and/or offer of a refund.
Once the package is with the courier service we are unable to confirm time frames of when packages will arrive with you as this is out of our hands. We do however value our relationships with the courier and account managers and will do our very best to work with them to help ensure standard timeframes are met.
Missing Packages
If your parcel does not arrive, please reach out to Journey and Co at admin@journeyandco.co.nz asap. Please note that all orders shipped will have a tracking number which is automatically emailed to you - if this is not received at your end pleased check your junk folder in the first instance.
Will we endeavour to do our best to track down your package and come to a resolution.
